Chill Pandas — Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") cover the Chill Pandas brand and website at chillpandas.fun (the "Website"), and chill mind, our breathing and mindfulness app inside Telegram (the "App"). Chill Pandas is operated by Vora Labs Inc. ("Vora Labs", "we", "us", "our"), and chill mind is one of our products. Together, the Website and the App are our "Services". By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

1. About Chill Pandas

Chill Pandas is a small wellness and lifestyle brand. Our characters — including chi, our first chill panda — and our artwork are the heart of the brand. chill mind is our first product: a breathing app you can use inside Telegram.

2. Our content and brand

Chill Pandas, chi, all our characters, artwork, names, logos, and related content are owned by Vora Labs and/or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our content without our permission.

3. Using our Services

When using our Services, you agree not to:

• break any law or these Terms;
• attempt to exploit, cheat, automate, script, or manipulate any points, streaks, rewards, referrals, or purchases;
• probe, scan, reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our Services or systems;
• interfere with or disrupt our Services, servers, or other users;
• use our Services to harass, abuse, or harm anyone;
• misuse referral or promo-code features (for example, fake or self-referrals).

We may suspend or end access that violates these rules.

4. New products and features

The Chill Pandas universe may grow over time, and we may add new products, features, or items. New offerings may be governed by additional or supplementary terms that we present when they become available; those terms apply together with these Terms.

5. The chill mind app

The following applies specifically to chill mind, our app inside Telegram.

What it is. chill mind is a breathing and mindfulness app. It helps you take short guided breathing sessions, log how you're feeling, build a daily streak, and care for your chi companion.

Not medical care. chill mind is a wellness and relaxation tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, psychiatric, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care. Breathing exercises are not suitable for everyone — consult a qualified health professional before starting if you have any medical or mental-health condition, and stop immediately if you feel faint, dizzy, or unwell. chill mind cannot help in a crisis. If you are in distress, thinking about harming yourself, or experiencing an emergency, contact your local emergency services or a qualified professional right away.

Eligibility. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required to use Telegram in your country, if higher). If you are under the age of majority where you live, use chill mind only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian.

Your account. chill mind uses your Telegram account to sign you in. You're responsible for activity through your Telegram account. There's no separate password.

Points, streaks, and virtual items. chill mind may offer in-app items such as chill points, streaks, levels, character cosmetics, and a season pass ("Virtual Items"). Virtual Items have no monetary value, are not real currency, and can't be exchanged for cash or anything of value outside the App. You get a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use them — you don't own them. We may change, suspend, remove, expire, or stop offering any Virtual Item, or adjust how points, streaks, or rewards work, at any time.

Purchases and Telegram Stars. Some Virtual Items can be bought with Telegram Stars. Purchases are processed by Telegram, not by us — we never receive or store your card or financial-account details. Because Virtual Items are delivered digitally and immediately, all purchases are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law or by Telegram's own terms and refund process. Payment, billing, and refunds are also subject to Telegram's terms.

6. Our Services are provided "as is"

Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or availability. We don't guarantee our Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that chill mind will produce any particular wellness outcome.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vora Labs and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) our Services. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update, change, or discontinue our Services (or any part of them) at any time. We may also update these Terms; when we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date. Continuing to use our Services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Termination

You can stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or misuse our Services.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
